The picture has to be easily recognizable. It is important that you are seen clearly. Or you may have confused StreetMatching with a sexual site...The pictures you upload must be of your face, not other parts of your body.

Who will see my picture?

Only those people who have registered a crush at the same location and time as you did and match your preferences.

What details will be shown?

Only a picture of you.

Who will view my profile?

Only the people you have authorized.

Why do I see pictures of people I did not have a crush on when registering my crush?

Because those people had a crush on someone else on the same day, time and location as you did.

What happens if the place and time I registered a crush doesn't match the other person's?

Nothing happens if the address and time you enter is not identical to the one the other person enters. StreetMatching shows the matches you had over a period of time and place. This information is enough to make an accurate match.

Why has one of the people I had a crush on disappeared from my contact list?

He or she probably deleted your match. By doing this, the details of the match are deleted, the emails you shared disappear and it is no longer possible to contact that person. Confidentiality and convenience are our priorities. We believe that it takes two to tango.

Why have the messages I sent to the person I had a crush on disappeared?

The person probably decided to delete you from their contact list. Should that happen, all the messages you have shared would be deleted automatically. We do it this way to guarantee users' privacy.
